Spray-on-ultrasound cleaners<\/strong><\/p>\n

The device is designed to wash highly irregular objects. The process is fully configurable and may consist of several stages: pressure cleaning, ultrasound cleaning, pressure or ultrasound rinsing (including several rinsing cycles if necessary) and drying (with vacuum drying as an option). Immersion cleaning can be level-adjusted (half basket, entire basket). The basket can also be rotated and swiveled, providing thorough cleaning of objects down to the tiniest spaces. An advanced filtration and de-oiling system for the bath significantly increases bath life.<\/p>\n

The device provides high-grade cleaning. Cleanliness meeting ISO 16232 and VDA19.1 standards is available.<\/p>\n

The visual representation of process data on the operator panel ensures total control of the process. The unit enables visual monitoring (installed peep hole and chamber lighting) and modification of the basket rotation speed, temperature and pressure inside the chambers, as well as the filter wear level.<\/p>\n

The layout of connectors, control units, etc., is negotiated with the Customer. The ergonomic, well thought-out design of the machine ensures easy access to all device components, facilitating quick and simple servicing.<\/p>\n
