We continue our research to constantly improve our products

We have created a new ultrasound generator type that significantly improves cleaning results.

The ULT 912A ultrasonic generators manufactured by us may be equipped with

How do ultrasounds work?

High-frequency electric current from the power generator is fed to the ultrasound transducer, the working component of which are two piezoceramic plates. The transducer is connected to the bottom or wall of the bath, and causes vibrations that are transferred to the cleaning liquid. A sudden densification and dilution of the liquid causes cavitation, which entails the quick formation and disappearance of vacuum micro-bubbles that cause intense yet controllable removal of contaminant particles in the entire volume of the liquid.

This is what the effect of ultrasound vibrations looks like on the surface of the cleaning medium.

Advantages of ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning allows the achievement of top cleanliness in a shorter time than using conventional methods, such as manual cleaning, spray-on cleaning or others.

Ultrasounds efficiently remove contaminations such as: grinding paste and polishing paste, abrasive materials, shavings and fillings, greases and cooling emulsions. Even if cavitation caused by ultrasounds has an intense effect, it does not cause any damage to delicate or complex mechanisms. The cleaning requires only minimum supervision and may be performed by unqualified personnel.

Ultrasonic cleaning units may be easily adapted to use in series production by connecting them to process technical lines.
